• The first purchase of Indolent Forge Nesting (30 days) and the first purchase of Indolent CAD (30 days, a Solo seat or a quoted Shop plan).
• Purchases made through this site (Stripe Checkout) and purchases invoiced against a purchase order.
• Yearly renewals (Forge and CAD): cancel any time before the renewal date. To cancel, email support@indolent.design from the address you bought with. We cancel it the same business day. A Forge key keeps working until the date printed on it; a CAD seat runs to the end of the year you paid for. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, email us and we will sort it out.

Email support@indolent.design from the address you bought with, within 30 days of the purchase. One line is enough: “Please refund order XXXX.” You do not need to give a reason.

• We issue the refund through Stripe within 1 business day. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
• Customers who paid by purchase order are credited by invoice instead of a card refund.
• CAD: your seat is revoked on our license server when the refund is issued, so the key will no longer activate.
• Forge: keys verify offline and are not remotely revoked. A refunded key is retired on our side: it is not eligible for reissue, renewal, transfer to another machine or support, and by accepting the refund you agree to stop using it and uninstall the app.

Forge has a free 14-day trial so you can nest a real job before paying. CAD has no trial; the 30-day window is the trial. Either way, if it does not earn its keep, ask for the money back.
